I installed it quickly it just felt straightforward from the start. No hassle, no second-guessing, my first impression was that it was going to be simple, and it was.

So far I’ve been really happy with this. The shower actually stays at the same temperature, even if someone turns the taps on downstairs or whatever’s going on with that. It’s just nice not getting suddenly blasted with cold water anymore.

My Mira shower packed up while it was still under warranty, so I assumed getting it sorted would be fairly straightforward. It wasn’t exactly difficult in the end, but there was a lot more back and forth than I expected, and I had to chase them more than once, which made me wonder if it would’ve gone anywhere otherwise. To be fair, they did eventually agree to help, so I can’t say it was a total disaster, but the whole thing took longer than it should have and ended up being frustrating.

The engineer did fix the issue in the end, so I’ll give credit for that. But the whole process was frustrating. I was waiting around for weeks, checking my phone way too often, and the communication just wasn’t great. A quick update here and there would’ve made a big difference. By the time it finally got sorted, I was more relieved than impressed. At least it’s working now, which is something.

Had this fitted a few weeks back and, to be fair, the heating has been good. It warms up quickly in the morning, which is great because I’m useless when the house is cold. I was mostly worried it would go freezing if someone ran a tap, but that hasn’t really been an issue. The only thing is I have to fiddle with it a bit to get the exact temperature I like, although that’s probably just me being a bit fussy. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I really expected this to hold up better, but it started showing wear way too quickly. For something that’s supposed to be durable, give me a break, it just doesn’t feel like it’s made to last

The guy I spoke to was genuinely patient and walked me through a few checks without making me feel rushed. He explained clearly what part I needed, and I managed to get it sorted the next day. Shower’s working fine again now. Really impressed with the service.

I’m really happy with this purchase. It feels like it was worth the money, i don’t have any complaints. Everything met my expectations, so I’m satisfied overall.

The controls are really easy to turn and respond pretty much straight away, no more standing there fiddling with it forever like I used to. The temperature changes smoothly and the pressure control feels nice and solid. It also doesn’t suddenly blast you with hot or cold water, which is a huge relief when you’re half asleep in the morning. I’ve knocked one star off because the delivery updates could’ve been clearer, but the shower itself has been great so far.

Had my Mira shower for a while now and it’s been solid. Turns on every time, keeps a steady temp, and I haven’t had any random issues so far. The website was easy to use too, which is always a plus lol. Not much else to say really, it just does the job well.
